Class Policies

Class policies: Children’s classes will run with a minimum of three full pay participants. A class confirmation will be confirmed by e-mail three days before the start of classes.

Student to Teacher ratio: All classes will be semi-private group classes to children and adults. Classes will not exceed eight students. Our instructors are professional teaching artists and have all had a national background check completed. Parents are welcome to wait in the adjoining gallery space or drop children off for the duration of the class.

Drop off: Parents dropping off children must sign in children and pick up children with picture identification. If someone else will be picking a child up from class they must be specified at drop off and must provide picture identification. Late fees will incur if a child is not picked up ten minutes after class of $5 every 5 minutes. That amount must be paid or it will be applied to your account for future classes.

Cancellations: As soon as your registration form is submitted you are counted as a registrant. You will get a confirmation shortly. Please do not cancel within the week prior to class. Payments will not be refunded but a credit may be applied.
