Class policies: Children’s classes will run with a minimum of three participants, or six summer camp participants, paid in full or deposit. A class confirmation will be confirmed by e-mail one week – three days before the start of classes.

Student to Teacher ratio: 7 – 12yr class limit is 12 children, 5-8yr class limit is 10 children. Our instructors are professional teaching artists and have all had a national background check completed. Full classes may have assistants.

Drop off: Parents dropping children off must sign in children and pick up children with picture identification. If someone else will be picking a child up from class they must be specified at drop off and must provide picture identification. Late fees will incur if a child is not picked up ten minutes after class of $5 every 5 minutes. That amount must be paid or it will be applied to your account for future classes.

Cancellations: Classes need 3 students depending on the class fee to run. We will do everything we can to keep classes running. If a class is cancelled you will be issued a refund. Class cancellations will be at least 48 hours before the class date. Class refunds will only be issued for class credit within the week before class.
