Class Policies

Class policies: Children’s classes will run with a minimum of four participants paid in full or deposit. A class confirmation will be confirmed by e-mail one week – three days before the start of classes.

Student to Teacher ratio: Classes don’t often exceed ten students. Our instructors are professional teaching artists and have all had a national background check completed.

Drop off: Parents dropping off children must sign in children and pick up children with picture identification. If someone else will be picking a child up from class they must be specified at drop off and must provide picture identification. Late fees will incur if a child is not picked up ten minutes after class of $5 every 5 minutes. That amount must be paid or it will be applied to your account for future classes.

Cancellations: Classes need 3-4 students depending on the class fee to run. We will do everything we can to keep classes running. If a class is cancelled you will be issued a refund. Class cancellations will be at least 48 hours before the class date.
