Class Policies

Class policies: Children’s classes will run with a minimum of four participants paid in full or deposit. A class confirmation will be confirmed by e-mail one week – three days before the start of classes.

Student to Teacher ratio: Classes don’t often exceed ten students. Our instructors are professional teaching artists and have all had a national background check completed.

Drop off: Parents dropping off children must sign in children and pick up children with picture identification. If someone else will be picking a child up from class they must be specified at drop off and must provide picture identification. Late fees will incur if a child is not picked up ten minutes after class of $5 every 5 minutes. That amount must be paid or it will be applied to your account for future classes.

Cancellations: We need an accurate head count one week before classes are scheduled to run. Refunds will not be granted within one week prior to classes. If circumstances are unavoidable you may request class  credit.
