Location

The Art Lab is located at 1030 Rangeline Road, Suite 270, Carmel IN 46032.

Directions: From Rangeline Road turn on Gradle Drive, enter at the sign for The Turner Jeffery building. Circle the building to the South side and park in any of the spaces. Go up the ramp and into the studio door. Look for the chalkboard sign.

Policies

Final Confirmations: Children’s classes will run with a minimum of three participants, or six summer camp participants, paid in full or deposit. A class confirmation will be confirmed by e-mail one week – three days before the start of classes. Camp confirmations will be issued 10 -14 days prior to your camp start.

Student to Teacher ratio: 7 – 12yr class limit is 15 children, 5-8yr class limit is 12 children. Our instructors are professional teaching artists and have all had a national background check completed. Full classes may have assistants.

Drop off / Pick up: Parents dropping children off must sign in children and pick up children with picture identification. If someone else will be picking a child up from class they must be specified at drop off and must provide picture identification.

Cancellations: Classes need 3 students depending on the class fee to run. We will do everything we can to keep classes running. If a class is cancelled you will be issued a refund. Class cancellations will be at least 48 hours before the class date. Class refunds will only be issued for class credit within the week before class.

Classes and camps may be cancelled if enrollment does not reach four registrants five days before the class date. You will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued. Whenever possible we will try and run programs.

Refunds:

Summer camp cancellations must be made 30 in advance. Deposits are non refundable after that time as you have held a space that could be given to another camper.

Class  cancellations made before the week prior can qualify for refund. Cancellations can be made for class credit one week prior to the class start.

Late Pickup Policy,  instructors have obligations outside of camp / class hours. Please be prompt in picking up.  If you are later than 15 minutes in picking up a late fee of $25.00 will be invoiced at the end of the class/ camp.

Illness: Your child must be fever free 24 hours to attend camp or classes.
