Camp Policies

Camp policies: Camps will run with a minimum of six participants paid in full or deposit. A class confirmation will be confirmed by e-mail 7-10 days before the start of camp.

Student to Teacher ratio: 7 – 12yr class limit is 12 children, 5-8yr class limit is 12 children. Our instructors are professional teaching artists and have all had a national background check completed. Full classes will  have teaching assistants.

Drop off: Parents dropping children off must sign in children and pick up children with picture identification. If someone else will be picking a child up from class they must be specified at drop off and must provide picture identification. Late fees will incur if a child is not picked up ten minutes after class of $5 every 5 minutes. An invoice will be sent at the end of your class or camp. Our teachers have other responsibilities and it is strongly discouraged to be late.

Cancellations: Camps need 6 children to run camp, some exceptions will be made depending on camp scheduling if possible. We will do everything we can to keep camps running. If a camp is cancelled you will be issued a refund. Camp cancellations will be at least 48 hours before the camp date. You have ten days prior to camp to request a refund. After that confirmations maybe sent out and camp refunds will only be issued for studio credit.
