Children’s classes offer low class sizes and a flexible creative environment. All materials are provided unless specified and our teaching artists art professionals with full background checks and extensive teaching experience.
Enjoy multi-media workshops including art you can wear, pottery, painting and more! Classes range from 1.5 – 4.0 hour time increments. Snacks are provided for 2.5 hour classes. During your child’s art class they will create multiple projects in your theme choice and explore creative problem solving. All classes work on art concepts and building confidence in art skills.

Gift of Giving
(ages 6 and up)
The holiday is the best time to give handmade gifts. In this class we’ll create mosaic trays, candle holders and handmade ornaments. Decorate a gift bag and card to hide our secret gift surprises.

Drawing and Printing Animals of Africa (5-8 years)
Travel to the Savannah and create prints with frames of spotted cheetahs. Create elephant paintings on canvas.

Cool Color Warm Color (5-8 years)
In this drawing and painting class we will draw winter birds on a chilly day, using cool colors. And, we’ll paint a sunny landscape full of bright warm colors. What can colors do in your artwork? What are your favorite colors and why?

Enchanted Kingdom (5-8 years)
Imagine new worlds with unicorns, wizards, fairies and gnomes. Create air-dry clay gnomes, wizard wands and rainbow unicorns. This will be a magical class. Expect new projects and lots of fun.

Clay Fish Vases (6 and up)
Create a whimsical and colorful fish vase or pencil holder. We will use a combination of slabs and coils to construct our underwater creature. Glaze with colorful paints. These projects will be ready for pickup 3-4 weeks prior to class.

Cartoons and Comics (5-8 years)
Create your own superhero inspired by the book SuperHero ABC by Bob McLeod. In this class we will draw characters with the help of the instructor and create a comic panel or small cartoon. We will also make small figures of your superhero using polymer clay. Will your super hero be an animal, human, robot or something else?

Cancellation Policy
Classes and camps may be cancelled if enrollment does not reach four registrants five days before the class date. You will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued. Whenever possible we will try and run programs.
One week before the class date, or earlier, class refunds will be issued if needed. However, class refunds will only be issued for class credit within the week before class.
